As of THURS AM the meet is delayed with a 10AM start time at Parkcrest.
Warm ups at 8:15am at Hawks Landing Pool.
Parkcrest will start clerking event #15 at 9:00am.
All swimmers must be picked up by 8:45am from Hawks Landing.
Meet starts at 10:00am at Parkcrest.

11 and ups should come to practice at 7:30am on Wednesday. All other swimmers have regular practice.
Thursday Schedule -
11 and ups compete in prelims at All City. 10 and unders have no practice. They should rest, relax, and stay hydrated.
6:30am - warm ups at Hawks Landing Pool for 11 and ups
7:00am - all swimmers must be picked up and taken to Parkcrest
7:30am - first events will be staged in the clerk of course
8:00am - meet starts
Friday Schedule -
10 and unders compete in prelims at All City. 8&U compete in relays. 11 and ups do not have practice, if they would like to go to the pool and swim a few laps to loosen up, they may do so. They should rest, relax, and stay hydrated.
6:30am - warm ups at Hawks Landing Pool for 10 and unders
7:00am - all swimmers must be picked up and taken to Parkcrest
7:30am - first events will be staged in the clerk of course
8:00am - meet starts
Saturday Schedule -
all finals events and all 9 and ups relays will compete at All City. All other swimmers are invited to cheer on the team.

8:00am - meet starts
******* It is incredibly important that all children be picked up at Hawks by 7am. Coaches will remain until every child is picked up. If parents are late picking up their children, the coaches will be late to the meet.********

Friday, July 22nd Donuts
SUNDAY, JULY 24th, 2011 6-8p.m. Past Pot Luck and Banner Party
Tent Outside the Pool
Please come and join us for the annual Hawks Pasta Potluck Dinner. What a great time to get together and celebrate our swimmers, divers and coaches, and ramp up for the All-City Championship meets. Get ready for some good eats, All-City banner painting, nail polish painting and relay races.
What to Bring by last name…
A-H = Main Pasta Dishes (servings for 8 or more)
ie. lasagna, mac-n-cheese, spaghetti bake, spaghetti.
J-N = Salads, fruit or veggie/breads
O-Z = Dessert
Drinks = BYOB, bring your own beverage of choice for your family.
Hawk’s swim/dive team will provide condiments,
utensils and paper goods.
Monday July 25th Team Movie
Please bring movie money to Kim, or put the $5 in Kim's folder by the end of practice Monday. Kim will be going to the theater to buy tickets after practice on Monday July 25.Sunday, July 31st Team Banquet
Sunday, July 31st at 12:00pm at Hawks Landing Team Celebration
We are changing the date to Sunday this year because of an anticipated late finish at All City on Saturday.
Please note the location has also been changed this year to the Hawks Landing Pool! In the event of rain, the banquet will be held at Good Shepherd West Campus – in Verona on the corner of Highway PD and Nine Mound Road.
We will again be ordering pizza from Little Caesars. Pizza will be served under the tent outside the pool at 12:00pm. Bring your picnic blankets and chairs! We also ask that families sign up at the pool to bring fruit, veggies, salads, desserts, or drinks.
After the coaches’ speeches and awards at 1:00pm, the kids can enjoy some fun in the pool!
The cost will be $3.00 per person. In order to sign up, please place an envelope with your family name, number of people attending, and money in the Brinkman folder by Thursday, July 28th.

Dear Hawks Landing Swim Families,
We would like to thank everyone for your kind reviews of our Hawks Landing Swim Videos.
We've had a lot of fun putting them together. At the end of the summer, these videos will
be removed from YouTube.
As many of you know, our team has chosen to sponsor the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County -
Allied Drive Kids Cafe Site. We want to help raise money for our community by providing
money to feed underprivileged children. So, we are offering a DVD which will include our
three team videos AND all photos taken throughout the 2011 season.
All proceeds will be given to The All City Food Drive.
To order your 2011 Hawks Landing Swim Videos & Photos DVD, please place a check in the Horton Family Folder.
We are asking $20 for each CD ordered. Deadline is Sunday, July 24th and we would also accept payment
during the team potluck and cookout. (Please include your name with payment). Delivery will be in mid-August
to allow us to add photos taken during the 2011 50th All City Meet at Parkcrest.
